Remanufacturing Process

Complete Disassembly:

Component Removal; Motors, Brakes, Wiring, Cables, Castors, Side Rails, Switches, PC Boards & Labels; Only the Frame remains.

The Frames:

Vertically Mounted on our Overhead Horizontal Rail System

Inspected for Structural Integrity and Conformity to Original Specifications High Pressure Cleaned, Degreased, Decontaminated & Sanitized Machine Sanded, Hand-Sanded and Cleaned Primer Coatings

Re-Finishing:

All metal components are refinished with our Two-Stage Epoxy Formula, every inch of the frame is refinished, every inch of Orthopedic Pan Surfaces are refinished.

Side-Rails:

NEW Oilite Bushings Installed Rails are Machine Pressed and Re-welded

Re-Assembly Begins:

 Quality Assurance Program:

Calibration and Fine Tuning of all functions Lubrication of all bed mechanisms Complete Electrical Analysis including Hi-Pot, Ground Fault, Leakage Safety Checks Operational and Functional Testing with a simulated Patient Weight of 500lbs.

Performance Tested by Factory Trained Personnel Warranty: 2-Year Written Warranty, PLUS Lifetime Warranty on Bed Frame and Spring Sleep Surface
