United Med Worldwide was established in 1990 and born from the need
to supply nursing and hospital facilities with safety compliant and high
quality medical equipment.
In years past nursing homes and hospitals had few avenues from
which to purchase durable hospital equipment that would also aid in
patient comfort, mobility and safety. With the enactment of tougher
state and federal legislation, some equipment, and many care
procedures have become outdated, leaving facility administrators with
the task of becoming "safety compliant". To this end United Med
Worldwide has searched far and wide to provide the very best products
on the market today.
